Admissions at Avalon

We, at Avalon, have nurtured a family of like-minded students, parents, and teachers who have embraced and treasured the immersive experience we offer. Our admission process is geared at understanding parent expectations and checking for alignment with the school ideology and vision.

If you are keen to hop onboard and avail a one-of-a-kind learning experience for your child, our doors are open to you!

Admission Process:

Announcement

  • Avalon announces the opening of annual admissions on various channels and platforms. This usually takes place around September. You can also approach the school directly for mid-term admissions.

Forms

  • An enquiry form is filled at the school reception.
  • This is followed by a discussion with school authorities on the school vision, policies, fees, and timings.
  • Admission forms are then issued to interested parents at the account’s office upon payment of the form fee. Details on required information and documents are shared by the accounts team.

Submission

  • The duly filled form with necessary document photocopies are now submitted to the school for processing the admission. Parents will be intimated on the subsequent steps and procedures.

Assessment

  • At this point, we employ various techniques including pen and paper tests for students and interactions with parents, depending on the grade applied for. The parent interactions are an important determiner in ascertaining whether the parents and school are aligned in outlook and ideology.

Confirmation

  • Details on confirmation/rejection of student candidates can be communicated through an intimation via email/phone call.

Note: We usually take 3-4 working days to confirm student admission following the completion of the process. Upon confirmation, parents will need to provide original documents and pay the admission fees within 7 working days.

We understand that, as parents, most of you are keen on having a tour of the sanctuary that will be your child’s learning ground for many years to come. We are happy to extend the opportunity of viewing our campus with prior appointment from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM on working weekdays, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on working Saturdays.
